ACE™ Virtual Leasing Assistant now integrates with more of the systems you love, including the Knock CRM.

Now, when your prospects book tours through ACE, it will check your Knock calendar for availability. Then, it will push the guest cards and tour appointments to your Knock CRM and calendar, so your leasing team can do what they do best—conduct the tour and close the lease!

ACE is considered to be another member of the leasing team. As part of that role, ACE integrates with the systems and processes you already have in place, including your CRM software.

With the Knock calendar integration, ACE will always book tours at the right time using a real-time view into your leasing team’s availability. And with the CRM integration, you can count on ACE to collect full guest cards including:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number and/or email address
  • Desired move-in date
  • Number of bedrooms requested
  • Minimum budget
  • Transcript of the prospect's conversation with ACE
  • Communication channel used by the prospect to interact with ACE; such as phone, chat or text

Once a prospect completes a conversation with ACE, the guest card information above is pushed to your Knock CRM.
